Summary

As a Duty Supervisor you will oversee the day-to-day running of the FBO and play a vital role in the team.  No two days are the same and every day brings its own challenges and experiences.  Along with the other members of the team, you will make sure that all aircraft arriving at Centreline are dealt with safely and professionally all the while delivering excellent customer service.

Description

Centreline AV Limited is a leading provider of turnkey business aviation services, operating from a purpose-built facility at Bristol Airport, offering aircraft management, charter sales, aircraft maintenance, and FBO facilities.

There is an exciting opportunity to join the FBO team of this dynamic and growing company based in the South West. The role of the FBO Supervisor includes the following key responsibilities under the direction of the FBO Manager.

Ramp Duties

– Refuelling Aircraft
– Completing necessary paperwork for billing and auditing
– Obtaining fuel uplifts from Bristol Airport fuel farm
– Marshalling Aircraft
– Meet and Great
– Assisting crews
– Toilet, water, GPU, Steps etc.
– Dispatching Aircraft

Supervisor Duties

  • Running daily team meetings and managing of ramp staff for daily duties
  • Overseeing ramp activities on the day
  • Training of Ramp staff
  • Deputising for the FBO Manager when required. Flexibility will be required to take over their role.
  • Carrying out internal audits on staff and procedures
  • Other duties as required by the FBO Manager

Previous Airport ramp experience is preferred and experience in a supervisor role would be a beneficial.

This role involves working shifts which are 12hrs, (07:00 to 19:00), 4 days on 4 days off, with out-of-hours overtime support as required.

A condition of the role is to obtain an airport airside pass & driving permit.  This will require a 5-year work/education history check, a criminal record check, and a valid UK drivers licence. You must have the right to work in the UK to apply for this role.
