Centreline, part of the Pula Aviation Services Limited (PASL) group, has completed a strategic realignment of its operations to enhance profitability and support sustainable long-term growth across its core aviation services.

Building on its established strengths, Centreline will continue to focus on long-term B2B aircraft AOC operations and support contracts, including special missions, alongside its full-service Fixed Base Operator (FBO) facilities.

This realignment follows the divestment of Capital Air Ambulance in 2025 and signals Centreline’s strategic exit from “ad hoc” charter operations.

Following an in-depth assessment of market conditions and against a backdrop of increasing regulatory complexity and evolving economic dynamics, the group has concluded that achieving acceptable rates of return in the private charter market will, in the future, favour larger, multi-jurisdictional operators.

This change will support accelerated growth from 2026 onwards and aligns with the PASL Group’s wider profitability and performance objectives. Non-charter activities, including government and corporate aviation long-term contracts, will remain the central focus of Centreline’s strategy.

Centreline has worked closely with customers during the withdrawal from private charter operations to ensure smooth transitions. These have included aircraft disposals through Pula Aircraft Sales, conversions to private (non-charter) operations, and transfers to alternative operators.
