OUR PASSION FOR AVIATION KEEPS YOU FLYING HIGH

Guernsey-based Pula Aviation Services (PASL) was formed in January 2019 through the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of ASG Ltd and Centreline.

Founded in 1990, ASG developed into a full-service business and general aviation company, offering aircraft maintenance, FBO services, and aircraft sales and acquisitions. Centreline, operating since 1989 at Bristol Airport, provides executive aviation services, including turnkey aircraft management and charter operations for government and private clients, FBO services, and maintenance capabilities.

PASL is led by CEO Steve Page, with a board comprising COO Gus Paterson, non-executive chair Tanya Raynes, and non-executive director Nick Brown, setting the strategy for growth.

In 2021, PASL expanded with the acquisition of Capital Air Ambulance, an NHS-accredited repatriation service operating across the UK, Europe, and beyond. In 2022, the group added Airpart Supply Ltd, exemplifying synergistic diversification and business growth, and Centreline secured the CSAT contract with the UK Ministry of Defence to operate Dassault Falcon aircraft for senior government, military, and royal use.

Continuing its focused growth strategy, PASL completed the strategic divestment of Capital Air Ambulance to Gama Aviation UK in June 2025 and acquired JMI-Jet Maintenance International Limited (JMI), enhancing MRO capabilities with JMI’s base at London Oxford Airport and line station at London Biggin Hill.

Today, PASL operates from six facilities, employs over 150 staff, and has more than doubled its revenue since inception.

Our growth strategy is a blend of dynamic organic growth with targeted, synergistic acquisitions.

A supplier of choice for government and business aviation air and ground services, setting standards of service, innovation and employee motivation that will deliver long-term, sustainable value for all our stakeholders.
